Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC FANUC lathes to produce high-quality components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC lathe setup and operation, preferably with FANUC controls.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with measuring tools and quality control procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
